For example: the anodic oxidation film has high wear resistance, good insulation and corrosion resistance; the anodic oxidation composite film obtained by electrophoretic coating is equivalent to fluorocarbon coating, and the color difference is less than fluorocarbon coating.

Generally speaking, powder spraying is widely used in building aluminum profiles, which is a cost-effective coating solution with a wide range of applications. As a kind of electrostatic spraying, fluorocarbon spraying is expensive and of high grade. It has been widely used in aluminum curtain wall in recent two years in China. It can be said that it is a new kind of coating. Therefore, from the production table of China's aluminum extrusion products in 2019 - architectural aluminum profiles table, we can clearly see such a set of data comparison: powder sprayed profiles account for 73.5%, and fluorocarbon sprayed profiles account for 4.00%.
